On the plus side, if its leaner than it was before you added parts it means its flowing more air and you should be able to make more power!

it was 13.8 at 3.5 bar upped it to 4 bar & went to 13.4 also reset the ecu screw.Im hoping its the fuel pump wiring but not too sure as andrew said the pressure is still ok on load. its on seimens blacks. When he puts the rewire kit on if its still the same i will get a low comp chip from harvey & greys see how it gets on then

What pump you got?

What setup is the chip you have in it supposed to be for?

O44 pump new fuel filter . chip is a NMS one to be fair to karl i did give him the spec over the phone so it it dosent to its my fault as he did warn me.
I spoke to karl today he ws very helpfull top bloke.By the time andy got back onto the car i couldnt get a hold of karl to let him know the results. But karl reckoned the fuel pump rewire kit was the root of all trouble as it was wasnt fitted

The car wont be driven if i cant get the afr better so it wont be getting melted..
Live mapping is prob the only solution but every fucker is miles away as said before i dont have days off work to travel.
I dont want to buy another ecu & get ava to map it as i will get fed up with the car by the time they are bye with it

Sounds like unless the re-wire works you need to get the chip re written.

If you give Karl some afr figures he should be able to work out how much fuel needs adding and just scale up the on boost section of the map.

Carlo.

You will be plenty safe to drive it home cautiously. Set the boost as low as it will go. 7psi ish and then drive her home. Don't use more than half throttle but do drive it a bit so as not to glaze the bores.

As said above Carlo get the afr readings at set rev and boost points to give to Karl and he will beable to mod your chip. If you do end up with a Harvey low comp chip give me a shout and i will check with ava that my greys are still there.
