i ran an alcon 6 paddle in mine, when the engine was sorted, it destroyed it completely.

An AP 4 paddle was then fitted (albeit modified iirc), and no probs since.

I was feeding it 325ft/lb as well.

Alcon have (stupidly) discontinued their 6-Paddle clutch now.

Having said that, I wouldn't piss on Alcon/Ears Motorsport if they were on fire though, so even if it was still available I wouldn't sell it any more.

Other way round - engine destroyed clutch - immediately
Was fine when at about 220bhp - when new engine went in, it died instantly LOL

Ollie and Tim run in excess of 400bhp, ollie a LOT more than that, and they use AP 4 paddle.

Alcon

AP

I don't really want to go into detail, but we have this week seen exactly how shit a company can be to a trade customer, which is somewhat worrying that if they can shit on us, what could they do to a retail customer?

Yes mate, steel bottom end, big end bearings not sure mate

I know it all had to be built brand new so Karl can prolly answer that if he is on later...

Granted the alcon could have been worn when I had the car, but there is a reason that NMS use the 4 paddle AP over the alcon for their cars

I think what Karl said last was that Alcon are the best for cossies, and AP 4 paddle for RST's
