Got three speeding tickets yesterday on the way to work!!!

Good job you don't get points over here!!!!!!! Just a fine of around 100 quid. Did wonder why some of the royal cars just drive flat out on the motorway and get flashed all the time

Yeah it's gone mate. I've got a 7 series at the moment, but i'm waiting for my Lexus LS460 (works car) and i'm on the look out for a toy!!

It would be interesting to compare the accident/fatality statistics there and the uk, based on the different way of dealing with it.

3 times in a day is quite funny though , ive been pulled 3 times in day many years ago, but i cant beat 3 speeding tickets in a day.

 

Do they still save them up until you go and renew your road tax, then present you with the bill for the year?

 

Yeah they do, but as the 7 series is a hire car at the moment they do them at the end of everymonth.

 

if you didn't get points for speeding, the countries licenses would be a lot cleaner

i think that only after a certain amount over and above the speed limt is recorded shoudl you get points, and heavy points at that, otherwise, fines should be enough of a deterant based on a % of your annual earnings
