Hey guys, im new to this site! Iv just got my self a nice escort rs turbo but its got a running fault, well a few.

The problem i have is when the car is cold it will fire up and run lovely then when it gets to temp it will run lumpy then cut out and not start again untill cold.

Any common faults to look at?

hi mate i have the exact same problem as u..i have a blue escort rs turbo cabriolet wich i got from swansea.ive changed the fuel fillter,cheked the plugs,cheked the petrol pump relay now im cheking the coil as it could b tha...wen the car cuts out does it miss fire wen its running and after about 30 mins starts back up..if i find the proble ill let u know and if u find it can u let me know plz..im from bridgend many thanks ray welshbadboy21@aol.com
