Should be fine, they squeel on some applications though. It's a road pad really with limited track-day capability. I use them on my Impreza company car and had no problems with them yet, even though it does not have the best brakes as standard.

I get next delivery so ill be ok
I put EBC Red Stuff on a MY00 impreza turbo. Brilliant improvement over standard especially from cold!
Best recommendation has to be from above on an RS4 though as it's gotta be almost double the power and 40%more weight?

Excellent pad, but people start then banging on about others!
I used these before switching to Yellowstuff, which are even more awsome, but just need a very slight amount of warm to work best but still plenty useable.
The redstuff I found a bit dusty, but very progressive, no noise even though I took off the anti rattle shim on the back(always do), as said work right away from cold, last a long time too, but dust is black so have to clean wheels more often than I like, if you're a heavy braker!!
I can get ferrodo free, but buy ebc that I use.
The ebc red and yellow are also Police approved for thier pursuit cars, few are.

what are the yellow stuff pads like and what are the dust levels like ?
Yellowstuff have even more fade resistance, dust levels are just the same but, the dust is like transluscent in colour so doesn't look anywhere near as dirty.
I was cleaning my wheels about every week with reds but still worth it, you won't go wrong with either pad, yellows feel more "solid", odd I know but they have slightly and is only slightly less feedback than reds, and do take a 2 or 3 goes of normal stopping to do thier best, but even thier worst is awsome, was going to try blue next, but not road legal!!
I only have std discs sizes at the mo(2wd sapph), make sure you put these all round, as there was 2 days between doing my ones front + rear, and unbalanced the car nicely!!

Mintex or Ferrodo for me. If a company can release something as shit as the greenstuff stuff I tried it doesnt deserve my hard earned cash.
Used both mintex 11440 and Ferrodo ds2500 and would have no hesitation in using again.

So wrc car running a certain pad is a good indication of the best pads for the road then ?, it is to do with SPONSORSHIP, ever thought about that.
A opinion was asked for, and it was given based on my experience, and I have used all the pads mentioned here, I get ferrodo FREE if I want, but BUY ebc, do you know why ?
I found the ferrodo had NO feel whatsoever, took ages to get hot and working and then faded just as quick, and thius was on a 2.0l auto sierra, I gave them away as I did the MINTEX, which I gave to retro al FOC, as that is how I get them.
Just because it is an opinion does not make it wrong or right, but it IS an ANSWER to the question asked.

trust me I don't lose sleep over others opinions of me, it's hilarious

I found them shite too - But then i had then about 5 years ago, maybe they have changed since?
Also i had 1144's and 1155's on my RS 2000 and found them terrible pads
Best pads i've had for fast road are DS 2500
