Is this any good?

I'm looking for a T4 and saw this on ebay, doesnt look like a normal RS500 T4, can anyone shed any light on wether its genuine or not?

Doesnt appear to have a water jacket and I know the inlet on it is 100mm as I have already asked a few questions about it.
