Look into classic car policies mate, some may insure a 21yr old, many are 25 but worth a go.

They are cheap,and a cossie will qualify. You may need to have more than that car insured at the address though, and amy need to limit the miles to 5k a year.

for 5k you can get an st170 or if you look hard you can get a fiesta st but may have high miles. if its old skool your after check out a 205 gti?

You should probably get a S2 if you liked it that much or check out the older S1's.

love the rs cars but for that money i would go for the civic, or the s1 for resale and collector value, s2 are dropping down in price now and would be hard to keep your invesment safe

 

infact fuck it you can get a good skyline for that money

 

i am starting to like the civic type-r. but gta be carefull coz so many people that own them rag the fuck out of them. choose carefull i think. still not too sure though
