why the fook do people put thing on ebay if they are not going to sell them for the price the auction makes, have they not heard of a reserve price or maybe increasing the starting bid?

 

and the other thing that gets me is, after a few beers i quite often buy shit on ebay i dont need, but there is no function to cancel your bid, yet these tossers selling stuff can cancel at any time!

 

did you read about the guy in germany who didn't put a reserve on his yatch and was taken to court and lost his figh to not flog it for the Ł20 someone bough tit from rathe than his reserve which was Ł20k?

Also people always put "also for sale elsewhere so may be removed" or similar on there these days.
You know full well they only put that so they dont end up having to sell their priceless gear for fuck all.

The way I see it, its the gamble you take. If you're not willing to sell your 50 inch plasma for 50p you should have put a reserve on it.

 

this is my point exactly, i have sold numerous things on ebay that havnt made what i was hoping for, but that is the name of the game, some you win, some you loose
