Default workshop price

what do people think would be an average price for a workshop 30ft/60ft, im thinking of renting one and looking to get a rough price.

could you be a little bit more random. maby some detials will help? electric, water? secure? nice building or crap? furnished? location? at a guess i would say ! million a month, including all bills for electric and water.

as said a workshop on its own, no electric thats extra and its on a farm. Ill know more when i look at it tomorrow just looking for a rough price.

Ł250-350 a month.if its clean and water tight.
