Default Trailer Services (with pics) and new website

Introducing Rapid Towing...

www.rapidtowing.co.uk

We have now got a 17ft car transporter trailer and are offering trailering services

Please PM or call 01582 696 111 (10:00am-10:00pm) for a quote or save the number in your mobile - you never know when you might need it!!

Unlike some of the other big name recovery companies, we understand what your car means to you and will take care getting it loaded on and off the trailer however low it is

Credit cards also accepted

If you have broken down, bought a new car that isn't taxed or without an MOT, or just need your car moving from A to B - give us a call

We are based in Dunstable in Bedfordshire, but can travel.

Cheers,

Daniel

That's why I jumped at it when I saw it come up for sale I've had loads of shit trailers before and this top class. Bit wide for London and country lanes but excellent on the motorways

My trailer isn't that noisy unless its quite bumpy or a off speed hump. but either way I'm not worried about the noise

You are correct about the noise , but the motor way driving makes it all good . and (off the record) i tried it at high speed , took the combination like on the picture up too 170 k/h and it still went very nice. Towing car weight 2800 kg empty , Rangie 2000Kg and the weight of the trailer. very good combination.

It's the best one i have had in a long time , so i don't think this one will be for sale in the next year or so. but i'm very tempted to buy a three axle car transporter one day!

It's quite hard to give examples, as each job is priced up according to how far the collection and delivery addresses are from each other and also how far they are from where we are based in Dunstable.

Our minimum charge is £85.00 plus VAT. So if both the collection and delivery addresses are within a 30 mile radius from Dunstable and they are anything up to 50 miles apart, then it is £85.00 plus VAT.

e.g. Luton to Milton Keynes = £85.00 plus VAT
Luton to Northampton = £85.00 plus VAT

The pricing goes up to a maximum of £2.00 per mile (one way) plus a £50.00 callout charge (this is if the collection and delivery are both 70 miles or further from Dunstable and if the mileage between the 2 locations are 200 miles or more). e.g. Liverpool to Aberdeen

The pricing is obviously on a sliding scale between the two examples above.

Also depends on whether it is a weekday or weekend and if it is a callout recovery or booked in advance.
