"Well, my little brother is a total arse. Saturday night he got really drunk, decided to jump in his car and go for a drive. He ended up smashing into somebody else (Nobody hurt btw thank god). So the police arrived, he scored 85 on the breath test.

Hes 17 so under age anyway, only been passed for 6 weeks, pissed up and involved a 3rd party. He already has a record for vandalism when he split up with his girlfriend and smashed a window. What a total dick. He could possibly see time for this!?"

Oops, what a cock, he'll be off the road for a LONG while for that I should imagine, not just due to the ban, but because when the ban ends and he has retaken his test, insurance will be a nightmare.

I dont see how he can do time though for it.

My mates son just got done, caught drink driving TWICE, was WAY over the limit and been passed about 6 months.

Only got a few hundred quid fine, 100 odd hours of community service and a ban.

No sympathy for people like that.

 

you need to do that half a dozen times to get jailed these days.. 2 year ban ,test resit + community service as my guess.

 

tell him he will be picking up bubbas soap for 2 years and hiding things up his ares for people.my friend killed somebody in similar circumstances and he got 4 years.your brothers situation could have been a lot worse very easily which i hope you are trying to make him realise.

 

What is the point in banning him? He will just get in a car and carry on!
