quick help needed , mk3 fiesta with 7" wide wheels

will 7"x15" et35 wheels fit a mk3 fiesta without any rubbing ?

what tyre is best and what amount of a drop is "safe" ?

any info would be great , got someone interested in buying my compomotives

yes they do with 195 tyres but on the back you could do with 10mm spacers as they look to set in but will drop straight on
