Default my detailed wash/valet/polish including snow foaming and claying

RIght guys, doing this basic detail has made me love my car all over again. Before i did this the paint was dull, the plastics were faded and it really looked its age the old girl.

I then started collecting different products and equipment over time and then decided to spend a day using all my new stuff

Total time, 2 hours

Stage1, wash, here is what i used
Karcher pressure washer
Elite car care snow foam attachment and liquid
Sheepskin wash mitt
Autoglym shampoo
micro fibre drying towels

Some products have changed and i have much more now

here is the car snowfoam. I couldv made the foam MUCH MUCH thicker but i didnt as it was my first time using it lol

Next up was a clay of the whole car using megs quick detailer and clay

was chuffed to see that there were not may contaminents in the paint

The car was ready for the paint cleaning, polish and wax

Before using megs paint cleaner

50/50 of the bonnet, you can just make out the difference

I then paint cleaned the whole car using megs and here are some afters

I was absolutely chuffed with teh paint cleaner, it just 'wiped the board clean' so to speak. THe paint looked like it had back buring all over it and the paint cleaner sorted it ALL out :smooth:

After this process i then polished the car using autoglym super resin polish which is the first time using it and was happy with it all, after that ws to wax the car - i used Zymol cleaner wax for this.

All rubbers and plastic trim were restored using autoglym rubber/vinyl/trim cleaner and i also wiped the whole roof with it too.

Here are the final pics, these are located here

I am absolutely happy with this i honestly thought the car needed a respray but after this it just looks mint and the shine is amazing

enjoy
