Default L Reg Saff Breaking ( If Enough Interest )

I Have Now Been Told That My Car Is Going To Get Registered On A Cat C If I Put It On The Road And I Aint Gonna Do That !!!

So As Much As I Did Not Want To I Am Going To Break The Car To Make Some Money To Buy Another Car . But I Dont No What Parts To Keep Because I Want Another Saff (but Ready For Track ) ..

What Parts Would You Keep For Yourselves If You Had The Same Problem ???

whats the point in breaking an l reg saph to buy another 1 to use as a track car and have all the hassle of swapping all the bits over, most saphs have a chequred history and most l reg cars that have been in a bump would be written off by now so cat c aint that bad.

Resale value isn't going to bother you really. You should get paid out more than it's going to cost to repair it. Argue for a good payout to make sure. Then just repair it and track it.

My mate does this all the time with rovers, unsticthes the oe welds and respots new ends on, all have vic/rac and aa check, none ever fail either.
