Default Orange Mobile Problems

Been with orange for a few years now, never had a problem, the odd phone problem, but orange have always been very helpful.

Signal was always good, everywhere really.

Now, since July 25th this year, ive had NO signal at my house. Where as before it was always full. Now i cant take a call at home as the signal isnt strong enough, i can text etc but only in certain areas of the house.

Phoned orange, and they said "it isnt their responsibility to provide a signal within a building, and that if i go outside it will work fine" WTF??

Then when i phoned again a few weeks later, they said they were changing the masts and it would be done by 18th august, so i waited, still no fix. Phoned once since then and got the same shit.

My neighbours etc have the same problems.

Im gonna phone orange tomorrow and crack up about this, basically say its no use to me, can i end the contract, or have some discount as i cant use the phone at home.

Whats my chances/whats the best way to go about complaining?

tried it mate, but with the fact that i couldnt use a phone that they were providing me with as it was broken!!

i was told to either take a 4th replacement of the same type of phone that had had the same fault! or pay a stupid, £400 disconnection fee!

after atleast 5hours on the phone to them and getting rather angry, they sent me a different type of phone!

dont think you're gonna have much luck im afraid!!

I used to be on orange and had similar problems in plymouth with my signal going from full to zero the next day!! strangely some of my mates had orange and full signal!!!

Similar crap replacing mast. apparently according to them signal strength on each phone is not just a distance thing from mast but also a bandwidth issue and apparently when they loose masts bandwidth is allocated to only certain numbers and its pretty much random if you dip in or loose out!!!

No mate, a SE K850i - Its shite.

Phoned them today, they said they have plans in place to replace a mast in my area, however they have no timescale on it. What alot of pish, ive been told this for 3 months now.

Annoying thing is, i've no other option, still 6month left on my contract, they aren't willing to compensate for the problem either.
