if it's in the car:

put a jack under the beam to take the wieght
undo plate

undo big bolt
let jack down
drop beam
put big fuck off socket between beam bush and car body
jack car back up again
bush will pop out
if not, apply exess weight to car erar seat above bush

refitting

put bush into slot
apply copius ammounts of copper slip
jack bush back into beam
if stuck, again, apply extra weight via the rear seat

bush pops in no problem

Nah he's right, they really are easy. If your cutting the lip off then its a case of sharp shocks ie hammer to remove. If in situe just constant pressure pushing against it till it just pops clear. I remember years ago when Sierra's were common place on the roads, we had a proper tool for the job as changing the bushes happened quite often. I know this aint in your case as your using solid mounts but, I wouldnt use copper grease on rubber mounts....i'd use rubber grease (red stuff used in brake systems) insted personaly.

Now that I deffo have to agree with...the difference one of those mounts made to mine was unreal, well worth doing even if they were double the asking price imo
