if it's in the car:

put a jack under the beam to take the wieght
undo plate

undo big bolt
let jack down
drop beam
put big fuck off socket between beam bush and car body
jack car back up again
bush will pop out
if not, apply exess weight to car erar seat above bush

refitting

put bush into slot
apply copius ammounts of copper slip
jack bush back into beam
if stuck, again, apply extra weight via the rear seat

bush pops in no problem
