I did mine at work using the compressed air line, they all came out a treat.

Left the bleed nipples in and slowly let air in via the brake line hole and they slowly pushed out.

i did that once with the air line..... had them split so i had two pistons faceing me.... had my foot over the pistons.

for some reason i moved my foot and press the air line, yeah sure enough the piston poped out at about 100000000mph and smacked me on my lower jaw. knocked me straight over on me arse out for about 2 min lol

so be carefull with the air line!

I used air line also but mine were totally seized in in both calipers, only 1 piston in each was working, I had to use the oxy bottles and the air line to get mine out. I put some wood in betewwn te pistons so it was enough for them to blow out enough to be at their limit but not completely until all 4 were freed off then I removed the wood and they come out nice, albeit very warm too.

I did it where I could by using a 5mm piece of ply between pistons so they would in theory pump out with brake pedal and most of the job would be done.
I didn't however go like that, as soime were seriously siezed, and I had to use a internal expanding grip to spin them at the same time as applying a slight upwards force.
It took me say 30mins to get 5 out, then to get other three out took a full day, just working back and forth.
