Default Anyone heard of...

...Milling down the inside hub face area of an alloy, to make the offset different, i.e milling it down 10mm to make an et25 an et35???

Or is it too dangerous.....

I wana put an et25 with 16" alloy 6j with 195/45/16 tyre on me frst...Ive got front arches rolled but no.one knows for def if theyl fit snug or not....

i think a chap called kev jones did this to fit cossie wheels to his frs which was featuered in one of the magerzines last month and the result was fantastc in my opinion!

It's what is done to most when they are made, as they are left virgin to start with then sized upon lathes etc.
