missus has just gone to work so I thought I'd get a nice lie in as I've got a week off, but no, someone decides to put their music on with the windows open 6 doors away and the bass is driving me nuts

Now I'm not the first to moan about loud music especially dance, but isn't 8am a bit excessive?!?

Phoned the old bill and they won't come out and just told me to phone the council who aren't open yet, and even then they can't legally enter the persons house!

If we can get done for public nuisance in cars for loud music why can't someone in a house?

Put me in a right fookin bad mood for the rest of the day now

I finished work at 6am this morning, had a couple hours kip and im in uni already doing bloody work

Our neighbour is a carpenter and DIY enthusiast... and has absolutely no respect for the rest of the world. He has been known to start drilling, hamering or whatever he does at kind of 7 in the morning.... on a Sunday!! Or keep going at night until silly hours...
Called the police once to know what we could do, and they were as helpful as .......

Say you gotta new born or somethin and if they don't turn the music off you'll bring a shitty nappy round and rub it in his/her face?

 

Know the feeling wes! many a time I've done a night shift and then not been able to sleep cos of noisy fookin neighbours!!

 

Yeah thats the thing that worries me, if I'm doing nights and they start...

They turned the music off at 11am!!

 

When I lived in Ipswich, some guy done this, music just blatantly loud, windows open, same bloody song. I went down and asked him to turn it down, he said ok and then went in and turned it up. I called back down and some girl answered the door, walked past her, smacked the fucker one and picked up his speaker and threw it at him.

 

 

yeah the old bill said they won't come out unless its a proper disturbance, I could always turn it into one
