Default Jim's mr2 on the motorway

How fucking annoying is that speed limiter, lol

Cuts the power totally for about 5 seconds at a time.

We failed to keep up with a E46 320 diesel bmw on the way back from saarfend because of it, lol
(billy cabrio off here)

This was on a private road that looks a bit like the m25, not the real one obviously as that would be illegal.

Does it still have the 110mph limiter on it or do you mean the fuel cut when it hits 1 bar?

Ahh, first thing i did with my Celica Gt4 was seeing if it was still limited, its not.

Has he turned the boost up yet?

Had a tinker with mine Monday night and now got it running 0.9 bar in every gear, but cant go hard at it in 5th otherwise it overboosts over 1 bar and the fuel cut kicks in.

Need a fuel cut defender now.

It runs a bar of boost.

Its not exactly quick, but at the same time, its certainly not actually a slow car.

Should be reasonable on track I reckon, although needs new shocks IMHO

gotta love that speed limiter

the wind noise thru the wing mirror is FAR more annoying than the speedlimiter tho

The intercooler is a bit of a bitch to fit (did one on my mates).

Get Chip or someone to knock up a shroud to channel the air through the cooler, otherwise they let loads in round the sides when fitted.

Remember, the decat means it wont pass the emissions on the MOT.

No more mods Jim!

PON, read somewhere there's a loophole re: decat and imports, not sure how true that is.

other than this the only thing i want to replace is the wheels with standard ones

Your tart, if you want a comfy ride you buy a big audi, not a hairdressers car like an MR2.
