The person selling OTC should ask a set list of q's depending on whats being sold (if its something like e45 there isn't exactly alot that needs to be asked) but obviously with paracetomol etc then there are q's that must be asked. As long as you stick to the dosages i don't think your gonna die from taking an aspirin or whatever your after
hi mate lol,i sometimes over indulge in food/drink
and get bloated after,my doctor said try motilium10 OTC medicine?when i looked it up on the net it says has been know to cause sudden death and is not approved by the fda in america

mate i think you worry too much, everything in life is "life threatening" to some cnut or another. some kids can't have contact with air ffs!!!
everything in the world has a side effect to someone, and the chances are probably a billion to one of it happening to you.
OTC medicines are basically just mild, relatively safe drugs with few sides, you can't really go too wrong unless you are the one in a billion who happens to be allergic to it, but then again you may be allergic to salad cream and die when you eat that for the first time or something!!!

They have to list every possible side-effect to cover their backs. If anything serious had ever happened to someone using an OTC med then theyd stop it being OTC.
Motillium (domperidone) is really commonly used. Helps to stop nausea and also speeds up gastric emptying-releiving bloatedness and discomfort.
