Default sapphire4x4 oil separator

i am in the process of fitting an oil separator to my sapph the cam cover has been drilled the kidney box has been removed and i will be using the original oil return port the kidney box was connected to as the return from the sdeparator.there was a pipe that went fronm the plenum cover to the kidney box as there is now nowhere to connect this to do i just block it off.also there is nothing else to that i have to do that i am aware of am i right in thinking this?
