Best place on the drink up here simple as that realy,weekend isnt realy enough to go everywhere,Quayside,Bigg Market,Gate Complex, Osborne Rd, Whitley Bay

Heard lots of good about Newcastle - I know a few mackems, and they all reckon South Sheilds is better, and better women.. Is that just the football making them say that?!

Been down a few times, Newcastle is quality for a lads weekend.

We stay at the Quay, nice bars down that way, then bigg market for some more lively pubs an that. Can't fault the place.

Never trust a word by anyone from Sunderland, Its all to do with the huge chip on their shoulders that has been festering away for years and years at being the smaller more ghastly relation to Newcastle.
However if you fancy sticking to the carpet and shagging Vicky Pollard then a night in Sunderland could be just the thing for you.
