Makes no difference it's from m sport they haven't done anything to it, it's a standard focus shell, which I think you can still get from fords.

thats the thing that puts me off, the costs that spiral out of control, and all you've basically got is a primitive cosworth running gear and suspension with a pretty face.

too make them handle well you have to spend A LOT of money

Is there a point to a Focus Cossie, will it not suffer the same weakness as all 4x4 cossie's- The poor gearbox & transmission? Im sure its probably a better chassis and more aerodynamic, but is the gearbox not the main burden of 4x4 cossie owners with big power?

i no what you mean i carnt realy compare properly because the adjustable tcas and comp struts wernt set up properly last thrusday and we hardly had any steering lock but at the same time it did feel quiet stirdy to how my sierra felt
if you do one you planning 2wd or 4x4

I can understand your point, but how much are we taking about for a proper quality conversion with quality parts £20,000+ The new Focus RS could arrive around that price point and likely give it a good spanking round a track*

*obviously depending on engine spec, but im comparing like for like)

surpose you can do it to different points realy depending on your budget the focus we built has cost basically the price of what the new focus rs is going to cost and i no which id rather own although we have still got some parts to buy
