Cosworth trim into a 5 door hatchback sierra

Is it straight forward to fit a cosworth sapphire recaro trim into a 5dr sierra 4x4 hatch? I know the fronts are a straight swap but what about the rears?

im sure its exactly the same mate.i stripped a full cossie interior out of 1 of these and sold it all
