I personally find that section 33 of the EPA particulary important.

Its illegal to 'treat, keep or dispose of controlled waste in a manner likely to cause pollution to the enviroment or harm to human health'.

section 34 duty of care on any person who has control of a CFC (however temporaily) to see it is desposed of properly or passed on to only a authorised person deemed to be ''competent'' and also to prevent others contravening section 33

How the hell you manage to do anything with refrigerants, when you write refridgeration, is beyond me. Is this a qualification to use a recovery/charging rig for cars by any chance?

No. I'm doing a course in it because the MOD says to do a course in it. Spelling is NOT part of the course. I'm a ships engineer, and have to deal with refrigerants daily, but have never bothered my arse to study the correct spelling of it.

Basically it's because I don't give a fuck.
