Just wondering, can DCOE carbs be placed with the trompets pointing upwards ?

idfs are a different model of carb designed to be mounted as you describe.
can't see how a dcoe is going to work if you mount it vertically rather than hirizontally.

I see. Thought it stood for some fancy type of throttlebody or something

Any good places to get the "IDFS" ?

anywhere that sells DCOEs I would expect. guessing at rally design, weber, peter lloyd rallying
