Got an lsd box. which one should I use and how much.

3.1 litres of either 75w90 semi/fully synthetic or 80/90 ordinary gear oil

any brand in particular? i heard good things about castrol.

The LSD is a sealed unit with it' sown fluid inside and thus will not effect the oil choice.
