using turbo diesel gearbox

what are the advantages / disadvantages of using a diesel gearbox??

No advantages!
Dissadvantages.... longer gears means slower acceleration, weaker box than a RS so will not last long, and no LSD so you'll torque steer all over the place!

i got a diesel box ant it gaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!! torques steers like a twat when you boot it. going for a stage 1 bernie box

longer gears is good when u have the power to pull them
