Right. I recently copied an album my mate had in his car, using WM player. But for some reason (I blame the wife) the little bos that protects the file after you rip it so it can only be played back on my PC was checked and now I can't play the file on my laptop or on my mp3 player.

This is bloody annoying as I only even listen to music on my mp3 player, even in the car as it's got a plug thing.... Any way around it? He's gone home now so can't re-rip the CD. Will I have to buy it?
