hi guys need some help! im halfway through fitting cossie managment to my car and it doesnt look like my bonnet will actually close when its back together although i havent actually tried yet!

if anybody has fitted cossie managment can they have a look at my pics and see if they notice anything ive done wrong?

me and my mate done this conversion a month ago, we put the throttle position sensor on top, just spun the housing round, and put a set of bonnet raisers on and it shut perfect if you have more questions pm me i'll be happy to help.

dont want bonnet raisers! its a completly standard looking turbo and thats how i wanna keep it lol!

the throttlebody just seems to sit far to high?!

i have seen them with the throttle cable to one side

so looks like you need to spin the t/b over

well they all look the same as mine dont they?

i cant turn the throttlebody over unfortunatly tried that allready lol you can only get away with turning it around if your using the MFI inlet not the EFI inlet otherwise the iscv doesnt fit or the throttle linkage catches on the rocker cover!


may be its my actual engine itself thats sat too high? ive used escort engine mount and escort gearbox mounts so im assuming that its right? anybody got any ideas wot i can try coz im puzzled to say the least!

Why dont you try the bonnet, takes 5 mins to refit and take off!

I think TPS must be on side, not under throttle buterfly. that may save space.

try the bonnet dude i will get some pics of mine for you later they do look like there going to foul the bonnet but the only way you will no is if you try the bonnet you may need to to mod the cable bracket but only slightly
