si, told ya you should have got a scoobie

just either learn NOT to launch it OR its time to get 1500 quid out and buy a proper diff

either that or just get the orginal one rebuilt with new bearings ect and that will be better than a 100k second hand diff

Old one (diff no.1, this is diff no.2) was welded up yesterday and fitted at 1pm today...and it snapped the welds on one side at 1.10pm today

Still drives...one wheel drive for the win!

oh and loosing traction is why a diff dont break, but when it gets traction it does if that makes sence

though saying that,,, its more imo down to a worn diff

You reckon?

Welds were in the right place, just not strong enough.

Ginge - Probably right! Hence looking at proper diffs.
