What a car Pauls is too, it really is a cracker.
It would be rude not to include a link to the for sale post!

Well thank you very much guys.

The 22B was one of that cars that i always wanted when they were released but could not afford.
They are awesome cars and gain alot of respect from car enthusiasts where ever it goes.
Superb car to drive and handles really well for being a standard set up. The only downside is the short gearing but to me thats part of what the car is so i can happily live with it. I think the UK ones had longer gearing fitted but dont quote me on that.
Only reason i have decided to put mine on the market is i can feel the pull of an M3 CSL.

Wish i could afford both tbh.

My mate Ferg used to own one. I invited him to Subaru's launch of the WRX and he turned up in Dunblane Hydro in the 22B, then we went for a blast up the long drive with the motor popping and banging all the way - the Subaru guys didn't like seeing their new model getting pissed on!
LOVE 22b's and pauls is in vgc! low miles from an ex collection
handled so well round croft on slicks but the tad over 100mph top speed its a bit boring
i always thought 50k! either way it was an expensive car new!

p1's were ALL blue and why anyone would repaint is beyond me! would decrease the value!
p1's should also have anthracite wheels and look silly when folk make them gold! "cheapens" them!

Apparently all P1s were not blue... or maybe its a mis leading advert.... not that it really matters, i'd rather have the 7-8k in a 3dr cosworth, and still have the 8k in three years time.

!That is NOT a P1, but just a normal Jap spec STi V5. P1s weren't produced until 2000/2001 (debuting at the 1999 London Motor Show)
.The advert is incorrect.

But most 22B's make a touch over 300 bhp apparently. Really nice cars.
How much were they when new?
