I get ripped off with a supposed RS specialist who advertises in the Ford mags, RSOCBB, etc..

I speak my mind and others join in as they have been ripped off with this place.

We get threatened with a ban on here for exposing the cowboy tuner as he has threatened the site with legal action.

Thats all good but the compant still gets bad press and the said company folds.

Then it starts up under a different name but not doing any RS cars only commercials.

The owner threatens me and another memebr on here threatens me.

I see them both and with the rest of the RSOC cleek they go about in, i walk through the middle of the group a few times during the day.

It wasnt me who was making threats so i wanted to see if they were man enough to say it to me

I thought i was the bigger man as i didnt start anything but gave them every oppertunaty to start it with me.

we both know there was a few of us who were pissed off with a certain company, and we got some shit for voicing our opinions, but it just goes to show that the guilt must have got the better of them when they decide to keep away from RS's and to sell all there RS's.

Kife is too short to worry about other peoples opinions of you and that, so long as you do nothing that anyone could complain about I think do as you want, that's my motto.

at the end of the day if a company take ure money and dont do the job rite they should take the bad press as they cant sit there and big thereself up accepting all the good coments then try threaten people when it all goes bad .

At least 3 of us got threatened with a ban because the bogus company went to the admin and threatened them with legal action.

All posts got deleted, even the ones on the RSOCBB got hushed up.

I can only assume they have given up RS's as dealing with RS's needs someone who knows what thier doing.

 

It was suggested the tuner in question would bring legal action against the site owners.





Fellas, its simple really but not many people know how it works.

If some report called John Smith put an article in the Sun newspaper stating Tabetha and Fuzzy are thieves. You would seek legal action of course and then discover that you need to Sue the company who allowed their advertising medium to carry the message into the public domain. In the above case, its the Sun you would sue.

The internet works the Same, IE: people would bring an action against Passionford, or, in reality, Internet Brands.
