does it do any harm, is it worth fitting an oil accumulator for when you shut off with the secondary benefit of getting rid of any pressure fluctuations if you corner hard and uncover the pick up pipe?
no harm, all turbos will still be spinning once shut off, just bb ones generally do a little longer due to not relying on oil to reduce friction as much

Was thinking that it wouldn't do any harm as it wasn't under load, but just a thought about the oil accumulator.
I didn't realize they spun for so long TBH. I can hear my GT28RS spin for a while after I've switched the engine off but it didn't seem to spin for that long. It probably is still spinning, I just can't hear it.
