I've got a good condition Stage 1 Turbo.

I suppose it depends on how much you're willing to spend?

I would always buy a turbo from a reputable dealer such as vince from cr turbos.. Turbos from ebay or other sources you have no idea how they have been rebuilt or if they have even been balanced.
These people will be able to advise better on turbos as well

Deciding on a turbo will have alot to do with what the rest of your engine spec is.

What is the rest of your spec? You could have a monster engine and we'd not know. Advising you to get a stage 1 T3 would be pointless.

Also what are your future plans? Do you plan to go mental on the engine soon?
If yes then there's no point in buying a tiny T3.
