Default camera buying help/advice

I am looking for some advise please. I want to upgrade my camera and do more "stuff" with it. I would like the canon eso450d but tbh, i want the option of having a movie mode with sound recording "just in case" as i like to use at track events.

Ive kind of narrowed down my 2 options to these.

http://www.exilim.com/intl/ex_f1/features2.html

I just really wanted peoples views at to what limitations if any that these cameras have and what would be best. I think for me its the casio, but i thought they was just great watch makers...............LOL.

Any help appreciated.

It gets even better as you can in one video move between normal videoing and slo mo. So for instance can do some cool matrix style videos.

I would say though its not the best camera for a pro as i dont think you can add additional lenses to it. But apart from that its great and ideal for the amateur photographer. I am saving up for one.

yeh im not fussed about extra lenses tbh. i read that this has the 35mm equivalent to a 432mm zoom, so thats pretty good (i think)
