mines is a tuning company in japan, look at the guy in the vid who jumps when it flames....he's Jap..
Very well know tuners IIRC they have done loads of skylines etc... I had a video a while back of the mines skline and it was fucking sick....had the front wheels in teh air (according to driver commentary)...i'll have a dig.

Could be a 1/4 mile run on the rollers?
Dreamscience were doing them at ford fair in the same manner on their dyno dynamics rollers.
Still dont look very safe though! lol

how would that be accurate then? it wont.... cant see why people would do it unless its for the fun factor!

Err, it IS totally safe, Mustang dynos like that are DESIGNED to be able to do things like that, for testing launches, simulating runs, blahblah...

Single Drum Dynos allow you to do crazy launches without killing yourself, doing it on a twin drum like most of UK tunes would result in you leaving the premises via the nearest wall!

I would think it was just for fun too and an extra program to make their rolling road better than the competion.
The reaction time is not measured it starts timing the moment the roller moves.
