are escort cosworths all really smooth when the back steps out in the wet???
Having only had my car a month ive not had any "accidental" oversteer in the dry but a couple of incidents in the wet when i assumed it would be ok to boot it hard once in a straight line!!!! and "oh shit" the back end stepped out gently and smoothly which was dead easy to correct.
I was incredibly surprised it was so smooth. Much smother than a rwd saph ive driven before.
Is this the norm???
Ive got 10" wide rears and 8" fronts so would have expected it to either grip or not!!
I thought id ask in here rather than the puma room as its based on escort cossie running gear all be it slightly shorter wheel base.
