I Need Help. My 1989 Rst Has Been Gettin Restored And I Went To Start It But Will Not Go .im Gettin A Spark And Can Hear The Fuel Pump Priming And The Car Wil Start If I Put Some Fuel In The Air Intake .can Any One Help Me Out.?

 

mine will only start with exactly 12 volts or above, anything less and it just keeps turning over.
so i would make sure your battery is properly charged.

 

is there fuel to the meterin head

 

had this with mine,its the metering unit,did you store the metering unit upside down if so ,take the top off the bit that unscrews that holds the injector pipes on, and there is a valve thingy inside the unit it may be seezed so try to move it!hopefully its that mate,,,
