2008 fiesta gear stick gaiter
how do i get plastic ring (attached to consule) off as im trying to replace the plastic boot with a leather?????????
does the ring, pull or screw of ?????? or are there clips or screws?????

Get a flat bladed screwdriver or use your finger nails and gently pull upwards on the silver ring.
If you take the console off, which also pulls off with a short sharp tug you can push the silver ring from the underside. Be careful when you remove the console as to not break the 12V wire.
