inlet nozzler?

I was looking at a compresor house for a turbo on the ebay. The seller wrote something about there was no inlet nozzler to the compressor house. What is a inlet nozzler please anybody?

Show me some pics. Maybe he means that it has a 2-bolt inlet instead of a hose connection.
