People are telling me when mapped i wont look back as the UT T38 is close to a T34 more than a TT 38 ..

Just at the moment ive done a few hundred easy miles and it seems alot more laggy than my old T34, but that may because im not driving hard and not mapped?

I'll let you know Mark and you guys interested in mine soon...

Thanks

My UT T38 is an awesome turbo when you're on the money, really pulls well, only down side for me is it doesn't come in til around 3800, BUT as said, it's awesome when it does ..

I was/am if the car doesn't sell still going to go for a GT3071, makes around 450-470 but the spool up time is near on a T34 car..

Karl,

Hear what you're saying pal, i must admit as i've said on other threads etc, i miss my T34.48 Setup i had on the 3dr sometimes,, the way that car used to drive and power delivery was awesome only a 360bho/361lb.ft car but it felt SO responsive, i did wonder myself about going back that way on the saff tbh Karl, numbers DON'T bother me, it's a responsive cossie i like..

Sorry Karl since i have had my car back off Martin with siemens injectors and a chip from Karl the car is spot on so the turbo will be staying..................and my box has started to whine without any more power.

I was thinking of T38 but there have been a few threads about its lag that put me off totally

Mark,
No worries. There are two types of T38, one uses a T4 front housing and another ( UT ) uses a T34 housing. I guess that the TT ( T4 housing ) will be more laggy, than the other?

Keep your ears to the ground if you know anyone for mine?

Karl
