Its not a question of how hard is it to get the parts is a question of witch parts fit and work.

Hard if you think they done a genuine kit LOL

I think Jano Oddkid has done a conversion, and I've known people to use Corsa stuff.

the reason i asked is because ive just picked up another escort estate and its got power steering on it,its got a twin pulley system and the pump is located below the alternator, the rack bolts onto 1 of the original mounts on the bulk head and the n/s mount has got a bracket on about 3inches long for the other retaining bracket to bolt on to,the actual fixings on the bulkhead havnt been touched or modified, the only reasonfor the n/s mount being in a different place on the rack is because the pipes go into the rack where the mount would be on a normal rack

Ford did a conversion for some diabled drivers, yours being an estate sort of fits with a disabled person who has a wheel chair to lug around imo.

the car is a 1.4 auto aswell so might have been a special order as none of the insurance places list a 2 door estate as 1.4 auto only 1.6
