yes but think trade x are the only people who will give you one a started mines at 19 and it was £2400 first year but dont nkow if u will get one now as they,ve cracked down on who they,ll give them to as everybody was tryin to get one as was cheapest way to insure igh performance cars ,

also think theres a restriction of only driven up to a 1.6 if ure under 25 now too .
