my 2.0 zvh has got 218 bhp at 13/14 psi on ke-jet injection..
expect a lot more bhp with management
you need to get a water pump plate so to fit the cvh water pump,
also the o/s engine mount needs to be slighty modded so the fixing bolt holes lign up correctly, think it just 1 hole that reqs modding..
c/head also has been modified to fit..
also get a 1.8 zetec sump and adaptor plate..

What do you mean, nothing much if your planning on a 16v Zetec Turbo, could get it gas flowed, other than that it will need the studs for what ever manifolds you are gonna use drilling, easy stuff for any machine shop

ok seems head is fine for zvh, only issue i can see bar buyin the bits (whick im now sortin) is using a 1.8 bottom end and the compression being right

ne1 know if its ok? cant go changing pistons cos its gonna get pricy then and i just want to do it as a cheap option

cheers

compression ratio is way to hight for a turbo to run any serious boost, low comp pistons is they proper way to do things, other wise a decompression plate from fridey (spelling) enginering would do the job.

Go to this site for decompression plates. Done 500 miles so far on my RS with one of these on and not had any problems (touch wood). Good bloke to talk to.
