hi i was just wondering about the 2.0 dohc that ford made and put in the ill fated scorpio. did they put this engine in any other cars and has any one ever had any expreriance tuning them or even the 2.3 dohc they made.

is it worth getting one of these engines or should i use a different engine like a zettec or something.

what sort of tuning is there for a 2.0 zettec compaired to a 2.0 dohc 16v.
or should i go for a cosworth engine ? looking for lots of torque really.

 

what kind cosie engine are you thinking? zetecs are cheap as chips, could turbo it? throttle bodies and cams etc?

 

there are alot more tuning parts out there for the zetec just av a look on ear lol i would got for a 2.1 zetec turbo.

the 2.3 has been used in RS2000's and can be good for over 200bhp with standard cams and only a set of throttle bodies and the right management
