Escort mk6 track car A/C removal
I have a 1996 1.8 16v MK6 escort that I am currently working on to be used as track day car and possibly sprints, the as it is the si model I was aware that it was fitted with air conditioning and realizing this was going to be of no use to me on the track and was just getting in the way when working on the engine, I started striping out all the ally tubing for the car and removed all pressure switches and even the separate radiator. The only problem iv got now is that if I remove the air con pump for the car how will I get a fan belt to fit round the remain pulleys for the alternator, water pump and power steering? Please help
