Default idle raises on car when hot?

ive had my car running for a small time now on my zetec turbo, problem im noticing is when the engine warms up after say 15mins, the idle rises? im running emerald management and was told the idlespeed control valve was intergrated in the ecu? im thinking i need the base map checking over but have not m.o.t so cant drive it anywhere atm. The other problem being is once really warm the car doesnt want to rev to drive? but will tick over fine? really puzzling me now so any help much appreciated
